In the middle of the fight between Abraham’s heirs I still see one man dangling from a cross.
As my worldly ambitions overtake my feeble mind I see him as a friend, and a brother.
A savior to those who are less fortunate and an obligation for those with power and wealth.
As I’ve matured into manhood I’ve come to understand his unique strength.
He taught and preached about the kingdom of heaven and for those with no hope he gives them strength;
Therefore,
I won’t forget you lord.
My sins are forgiven and I owe you for that.
