The Sun, the Father & the Black Clouds

Ezekiel was a good child. When he was born his father watched him grow from curiosity to wisdom. While Ezekiel was growing he noticed the sun always rose in the sky. He noticed that it did this everyday as he lived. This was amazing to Ezekiel so he asked his father why this was so.
"Dad every since I was born that ball of light has been in the sky. How is that possible?"
Ezekiel asked his father. His father looked at him and laughed,
"Everything you see on this planet is because of that ball of light. It is the missing piece to all of man's wonders. That ball of light is God. The sun creates itself and alone will vanish when it loses energy. The master designer of purpose and life thought of it and it was so. It stays in one spot from it's beginning till its end. It emerges from darkness and the planets circle it in a cycle of consistency. It gives everything on this planet energy. Without it there is no life. It is powerful my son. Don't stare at it and don't try to touch it. It is the face of God."
 Ezekiel's dad explained.
The day soon became night and Ezekiel looked in the sky and noticed other balls of light, he even looked at the moon then he fell to sleep. In the morning there was a black cloud in the sky that spit out thunder and lighting. This too amazed Ezekiel.
"Woe."
He said to himself as he watched the power of nature.
"The black cloud blocks the sun. Father why does the black cloud block the sun?"
Ezekiel asked his father.
"My son, I am here. I am your father. The light from the sun is so powerful that it travels through the clouds and strikes the earth with pure energy. Just like you are a part of me. The sun is a part of us. That pure energy is in us."
 His father explained.
Ezekiel was astonished, he was so astonished that every morning he got on his knees and thanked the sun for rising. As time went by he did this everyday, it became his custom. One day a man name Seth became upset with his wife and killed her in front of Ezekiel. Ezekiel watched in disbelief as the energy from her was ripped out by Seth. Seth looked Ezekiel in his eyes when he did it and Ezekiel ran home. Everyone in the village heard about what had happened. Ezekiel was hurt.
"My son I told you to stay home. Seth wants to control the earth by his own power and for that you saw the outcome. Now you will have to live with his decision for the rest of your life because you did not listen to me. As your father I can only guide you for so long until you can make decisions on your own. Seth taught you a lesson today."
 Ezekiel's father explained.
When Ezekiel awoke the next morning he noticed that the sun still rose. When this happened he got on his knees. As Ezekiel grew older and life went by his father passed but the sun never stopped shining. Ezekiel was obsessed at its power and it became his reason for living; the sun became his father. When Ezekiel got married and his wife had children, his family did as he did every morning and got on their knees and as time went on their families did the same thing.
When Seth killed his wife in front of Ezekiel, the sun still shined. When Ezekiel's father died, the sun still rose. It never went away. Even in death it gave life. As time went by and every family did as Ezekiel's family did, when the black clouds came the sun came soon after. The sun caused this; for the sun was the reason; for the sun was the father; for the sun was life.

What does ad lib mean?

Sometimes while actors are performing they forget their lines, so they have to make something up in the heat of the moment. This is called ad libbing. The actor does not know his line so he makes something up to keep the show going. The audience has no clue that he is ad libbing as the rest of the stage crew and actors hold their breath to see where the moment goes. Ad libbing is not just useful on stage, but it is also useful in singing and other performances as well. I guess the correct words to compare ad libbing to is improvising or freestyling.

The Definition of a Poet:

Philosophy and reason would have no way of interpretation without poets. A poet is someone who writes poetry. He or she simply puts words into dialogue or thought poetically. Anyone can be a poet but a good poet analyzes and finds meaning in everything that exist and then translates a form of meaning so others can see the value.

Director Vs. Actor Tip:

There are many types of directors, it is no different than coaches. When the actor is out of character the director has to give him or her instructors. Some directors are good at this and some are not. Most directors say the best way to give an actor instructions is to pull him or her to the side and explain to them what they're doing wrong rather than telling them what to do in front of everyone. This is the best way to keep things settled on set.

Using different fonts:

Being articulate does not always mean that you have coordination. When using fonts it's good to note that you should match the font with the theme. When matching the font with the theme you will notice that not only is your project coordinated but it makes the project look a little more professional.

11 Reasons why God made Art:

  1. God made art because God knew we would want to be like him so we can create our own world.
  2. God made art because some people like colors and some people cannot see colors so when people say I don't like black or white people he would make them paint pictures of purple people. That way they could create their own people.
  3. God made art so if your team does not win you can play a video game and win yourself. Then if that does not work you can paint a picture of your team winning.
  4. God made art so if a woman can't have a child she can paint a picture of a child.
  5. God made art so if someone dies you can see them in pictures, that way they won't get mad at you for not letting them go. They will keep the same look on their face the whole time you sit there crying because they are not coming back. Then one day someone will look at you in the picture and everything will be even and the cycle will go on and on again until no one cares.
  6. God made art so that people would kill each other inside their art instead of in real life. Then others who read about it will feel better because they have some people they want to kill too
  7. God made art to show us that everybody has an opinion and even in the end there is a beginning.
  8. God made art so that dumb people can be smart and smart people can be dumb.
  9. God made art so that you could paint a picture of a preacher with his mouth closed, an artist with no paint brush, a world with no sin, a politician in a world by themselves, a world with no war, and a book with no words.
  10. God made art so that if you don't have any money you can make your own money and start spending it, then when people look at you like you're crazy, you can say it's the same thing you have but I made it what I'm worth.
  11. God made art so if someone says no you can write the word yes.
Art can be crazy, sane, wild, boring, fun, right, wrong, and even annoying. That is why God made you so you can find a place where freedom is right in front of you.

The definition of an Actor:

The term actor is often misunderstood. The definition is actually critical to what the person is actually doing. An actor in reference to filming and performance is not a genuine action by the performer. The person is pretending to be something other than themselves. This effort can often lead to exhaustion from self. The term "acting" is what they are doing and how good they make the person who is watching believe it to be real. Once the job is done  it is important to let people know who you really are and just go back to being yourself. It may be hard at first but family and friends play a big role in getting you back down to reality.

Defining the Omni Microphone?

Microphones have interesting capabilities in regards to adjustments and settings. One microphone setting that can pull in sound from every direction is the Omni Microphone. The Omni Microphone works best when placed in the middle of the dialogue. This is just one of the many types of microphones. Although there are many different types of microphones, some take in sound from one direction with most of them having many different features and functions. Each microphone is used according to situation and project specifications. An Omni Microphone function would be good for a table discussion with the microphone being placed in the center of the conversation.

The role of the "Stage Manager":

Being on stage can be tough, but getting people do operate according to schedule can be even tougher. The stage manager is the person backstage making sure the director's vision is not only carried-out but performed with little-to-no mistakes. It is a fact that for some reason when people perform, things do go wrong. The job of the stage manager is to make sure that when things do go wrong that they are fixed right away and he or she must always have a backup plan. The role of the stage manager is to assist the director. He or she must have clear communications with everyone involved in the production. If you're ever performing, you may hear the call for places; that usually is the stage manager. Being a stage manager can be tough. He or she must have cues written down and also be attentive to every detail of the performance. Although the role of a stage manager is not easy, it is worth the effort when the performance is over and the roses are thrown on stage or the crowd applauds and stands-up.
